House calls. You can choose to come to our office, or, if unable, Dr. Snider will come to your house (restrictions apply - call for details).

Full access via technology. You'll be able to reach Dr. Snider via webcam, e-mail, text and more. It's like having a doctor in the family!

An annual physical. This exam will be fitted to your personal medical needs. It's all about you and your specific goals for wellness.

Diagnostic and procedural benefits at no extra cost. Skin lesion removal, cryotherapy just to name a few. All included in the membership fee! We have also worked on your behalf with local imaging centers to get discounted pricing on imaging tests and pathology should these be needed.

Wholesale lab costs. Your annual labwork is included with the price of your membership, but if you need additional labwork, we have negotiated deeply discounted rates. We pass these benefits right down to you, the patient. For example, the average lab costs to a patient for basic labwork is typically over $250, but with our discount, your cost would be closer to $25. A savings of over $200! ​
